The Story

However, it’s becoming
more and more difficult for Mitchell and Alex to deny their true selves
because of their evolving feelings for each other. Diane desperately tries
to convince Mitchell what damage their relationship would do his career,
and Ellen clings to Alex because he is a solid presence during an
emotionally vulnerable time in her life. Despite the protests of others,
Alex and Mitchell begin to grasp what true happiness is when they’re
together. But in a town where artificiality rules, true happiness isn’t
always convenient.
